The Vicar General assists the Bishop in shepherding the flock of Altoona-Johnstown and is his principal deputy. Through advisory and management of ministries, clergy, personnel, and the operational functions of the diocese, the Vicar General works to ensure the proper administrative needs of the diocese are met.
