“For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.” ~ Galatians 3:27

SACRAMENTAL PREPARATION
Moving Forward In Faith

Receiving the Holy Sacraments is an important part of becoming one with the church. As Catholics, we have the opportunity to receive Sacraments of Initiation, Healing, and Service. Sacramental Preparation helps prepare children and adults to receive those special Sacraments.

Sacramental Preparation provides help to children and adults that are to receive the Sacraments by providing education, retreats, and other learning opportunities.

Baptism, First Reconciliation, First Eucharist, Confirmation, and Holy Matrimony provide a new hope for a new beginning with Jesus. Each Sacrament helps change the lives of those participating, as they are building a stronger relationship with the Lord and are moving forward in their faith.

Sacramental Preparation assists parishes in bringing to life the Church’s catechetical and liturgical directives of the Sacraments of Baptism, First Reconciliation, First Eucharist, Confirmation, and Marriage Preparation (the last in collaboration with the Family Life Office). We also assist parishes in the formation of sacramental preparation teams, and provide opportunities for their ongoing catechesis. A parish contact for each sacramental team would be wonderful!
